Mr. Swaidan practices in the firm's business and trust and estates practice groups and is a Certified Taxation Law Specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. His practice focuses on business, estate and property tax planning, advising private foundations and charitable organizations, as well as assisting closely held family businesses with tax planning.

Mr. Rallis has focused his practice in the areas of business reorganization, corporate insolvency, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, commercial transactions, as well as the acquisition of assets and businesses in bankruptcy court and out-of-court workouts for more than 30 years. He has functioned as lead counsel for secured creditors, debtors, creditors’ committees and purchasers in the bankruptcy, restructuring and liquidation of companies. Mr. Rallis has extensive experience in real estate, business and commercial transactions and workouts, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and transportation industries.
