LOS ANGELES – Mar. 25, 2024 – The Los Angeles Business Journal announced Partner Jason Lyon as the Community Impact Award (Growing Company) Honoree at its 2024 Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Awards last Thursday. The latest issue published today features Jason, who was selected among four other finalists, along with his profile on the best practices and value of diversity, inclusion and equity programs and efforts in the workplace. Jason provides skilled strategy and advocacy to clients in commercial, employment, and general civil litigation matters. He capitalizes on his background in complex commercial and securities litigation at an Am Law 100 firm to achieve successful results for his clients. Jason’s practice emphasizes high stakes disputes, often centered on complex financial transactions and intricate fact patterns.

In addition to his practicing law, Jason is a life-long community volunteer. He has held numerous leadership positions in both public and private organizations. Jason currently serves as a City Councilmember representing Pasadena’s District 7, home to the Pasadena Playhouse, Caltech, and Pasadena Community College, among other iconic Pasadena institutions. Jason is also actively engaged within Hahn & Hahn, where he has led a number of key initiatives to diversify and modernize the firm.
