More than a mere aspiration in the life of the firm, Hahn & Hahn embraces diversity and inclusivity as one of its six core values with more than 85% of our personnel (attorneys and staff) identifying as women and/or members of traditionally marginalized groups. By reflecting the complex tapestry of our community, we are better positioned to serve its wide-ranging needs.

Hahn & Hahn LLP was established in 1899, when there was little to no diversity in the workplace, especially in the legal field.

That all began to change in 1975 when the firm hired its first female attorney, Susan T. House, who later became Hahn & Hahn’s first female Partner. Attorney Dianne H. Bukata also joined the partnership a few years later.

In the decades since Susan and Dianne joined the firm, Hahn & Hahn has worked tirelessly to promote equity and diversity in the legal field and beyond.
