R. Scott Jenkins, recognized by Best Lawyers since 2018, is a member of the firm’s business practice group. He has wide experience handling complex land use entitlement issues and counsels clients regarding a variety of commercial and real estate issues. Jenkins is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, State Bar of California, American Bar Association, and the Pasadena Tournament of Roses.
Karl Swaidan, recognized by Best Lawyers since 2006, practices in the firm’s business and trust and estates practice groups and is a Certified Taxation Law Specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. His practice focuses on business, estate and property tax planning, advising private foundations and charitable organizations, as well as assisting closely held family businesses with tax planning. He is a former Managing Partner of Hahn & Hahn. Swaidan is also a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
