On February 7, 2018, Hahn & Hahn LLP partner Dale Pelch attended a ceremonial ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of St. Anne’s new permanent supportive housing complex, Beverly Terrace. Beverly Terrace provides 39 apartment units for families that are at-risk for homelessness or have a history of homelessness. So far, 30 families—consisting of 69 children under the age of 18—have moved into Beverly Terrace. In addition to providing case management, mental health and workforce development services, Beverly Terrace houses an early learning center on site for 48 children that is available to residents of Beverly Terrace and the surrounding community.

St. Anne’s was established in 1908 as a safe refuge for unwed, pregnant young women. Since its inception, St. Anne’s has continuously responded to meet the changing needs of society and has evolved into one of the most highly regarded social service agencies committed to developing and sustaining programs that address the special needs of at-risk, pregnant and/or parenting young women, children and families. St. Anne’s Mission is “Working together to build safe, nurturing and resilient families — from pregnancy to parenthood and childhood to adulthood — for generations to come.”

Mr. Pelch was elected as Board Chair in January 2017, after over 20 years of volunteer service to the organization, which included serving, previously, as Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Board’s Finance Committee.
